Strategy for the moment you're in

Less circling. More clarity you can move on.

I help thoughtful founders and leadership teams make the hard call, align the room and turn strategy into work people actually own.

What shifts

From stuck
to moving.

Bring me the messy middle: the strategy that will not land, the team pulling in three directions, or the next chapter that still feels blurry.

01

Find the decision inside the noise

Move from competing opinions and endless analysis to one sharp strategic choice your team can explain — and act on.

clarity → momentum
02

Get the room moving as one

Turn polite disagreement into useful tension, shared language and genuine ownership across your leadership team.

alignment, not agreement
03

Lead the next chapter on purpose

Step out of reactive mode with a clearer leadership stance, firmer boundaries and decisions that sound like you.

How we work

A working session, not a performance.

No theatre. No strategy deck that gathers dust. We name what is actually happening, find the useful edge of the problem and leave each conversation with a move worth making.

  1. 1
    Notice

What is true, but not yet being said?

  2. 2
    Choose

What matters enough to rule other things out?

  3. 3
    Move

What is the smallest action that changes the picture?

Before you ask

Questions before we begin

No awkward question. Only useful ones.

01 How do I know whether I need consulting or coaching?

You do not need to diagnose it first. Consulting is useful when the business needs a clearer choice; coaching when your leadership within that choice is the work. Most engagements use a deliberate mix of both.

02 Will this create more work for an already stretched team?

The aim is subtraction. We focus on the few decisions that release energy, stop low-value work and make existing effort more coherent. I will be clear about any time commitment before we agree to proceed.

03 What if our leadership team does not agree?

Agreement is not the entry ticket. A well-held process makes disagreement usable: assumptions become visible, trade-offs get named and the team can commit to a decision even when preferences differ.

04 Can we start with one conversation?

Yes. A 45-minute fit call is a real working conversation, not a sales script. We will clarify the knot, decide whether I am useful and leave you with a sensible next step either way.

Your move

Bring the knot. We'll find the thread.

Tell me what keeps returning to the agenda. The first conversation is 45 minutes, candid and free.
